Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare (HR, Marketing & L&D)

£26,000 - £36,000 basic + uncapped commission

The Role
This is a full 360 recruitment role, where you will be responsible for headhunting and placing HR, Marketing, and L&D professionals within healthcare providers. You will be managing a warm perm desk with existing clients while also growing and developing the desk further.
You will be focusing on:
* Understanding the healthcare HR, Marketing, and L&D markets.
* Headhunting, sourcing, and screening candidates.
* Using social media to write and post job articles.
* Interviewing potential candidates.
* Building strong relationships with healthcare providers across the UK.
* Working closely with a collaborative team, including experienced professionals and junior consultants.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 12 months in a full 360 recruitment consultant role (Ideally working a permanent desk)
* Educated with excellent communication skills.
* Self-motivated, hardworking, and tenacious.
* Passionate about self-development and eager to learn and succeed.
* A credible work background with a professional approach.
* Keen to make a difference in the healthcare sector.
