The Heys School wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative, and passionate Exams and Assessment Officer to join our team who will provide excellent support for the schools external examination entries.
Exams & Assessment Officer
Hours : 37 Hours Per Week, Term Time + 4 Weeks
Salary: Grade 8, scale points 12-17: £25,888.68 to £28,083.21 pro rata (£27,711- £30,060 per annum FTE)

The Heys School wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and passionate Exams & Assessments Officer who will provide excellent support to maintain the school’s reporting system and external examination entries including:
· All entries and amendments & dealing directly with exam boards
· Opening and checking exam papers when received,
· Checking correct preparation of rooms prior to exams including access arrangements, applications & arrangements during exams
· Checking all completed exam scripts and responsible for collating and posting to individual markers.
· Checking certificates are correct upon receipt, collating these & preparing for presentation evening.
Applicants should be creative and forward thinking and have the drive and motivation to support the further development of the department and the school & full training is available for the right candidate along continuous professional development opportunities.
