We are searching for an incredible SALES TEAM LEADER to join our buzzing education sales team in ROSS-ON-WYE. THE ROLE Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for inspiring, coaching and leading a team of Sales colleagues to success Selling a range of enriching School residential adventures, you'll achieve regional sales targets with your energised and high-performing team. Working with the Sales Manager, you'll set achievable KPIs and targets, planning and prioritising your team's workloads, and tracking performance to identify development areas and training opportunities within your team. You'll provide hands-on support to your team, being available to assist with queries and referrals as needed. As a master motivator, you'll be committed to developing an engaged and high performing team, providing coaching and mentoring, modelling our values and positive customer-orientated behaviour.
