Welcome to Disturbia. We're an independent, subculture-led fashion brand creating unconventionally authentic attire for a global community of kindred spirits who think and act outside the box of normalcy.

Position: CRM Manager
We are looking to hire a CRM Manager to join the team at Disturbia. Your role will be to take ownership of our retention marketing strategy and help nurture our growing customer base. Your goal is to turn first-time customers into loyal advocates of the brand while delivering performance against targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the customer retention strategy across email, SMS, and app marketing for our UK and US storefronts.
2. Develop and maintain automation flows and lifecycle communications via Klayvio.
3. Conduct A/B testing of campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
4. Manage our email marketing calendar, working closely with the e-commerce and design teams to enhance trading performance.
5. Report and analyze customer behavior, including cohorts, loyalty, and delivery performance versus business goals.
6. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer performance to key stakeholders.
7. Stay updated with industry changes and ongoing developments.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
1. Proven experience in driving customer retention, ideally for a D2C fashion e-commerce brand.
2. Expertise in Klayvio (or similar) ESP platform.
3. Experience using Google Analytics for reporting and analysis.
4. Proactive and results-oriented, thriving in fast-growth environments.
5. Potential to participate in the company quarterly bonus scheme.
