Job summary This is a full-time role within the Strategy & Transformation Team. The post holder will work across all Divisions and Directorates to lead projects & programmes in support of the Trusts strategic ambitions. This role plays a key part in achieving the UHNM vision and strategy. The role is a demanding and high-profile strategic role that will take ownership for the delivery of a diverse project portfolio that will require collaboration with colleagues across the Trust. The post holder will play a pivotal role in developing strategic relationships with partners from across the Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care System as well as wider partners across the NHS, academia and business. You will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to harness innovation to support commercial opportunities both domestically and internationally as well as delivering improvement and change across the organisation.
