Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and implement extensive strategies for business development.
2. Actively seek new business opportunities to expand revenue growth.
3. Engage in contract negotiations and successfully conclude deals, reaching or surpassing sales targets.
4. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products based on client needs.
5. Actively participate in account planning and strategizing to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
6. Manage a team and mentor Junior sales executives.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
1. Proven track record in a Business Development role within the Telecommunications sector.
2. Professional or Managed Services Experience.
3. Excellent understanding of SMS, Inbound Voice, cPaaS, and Workload Automation Solutions.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
6. Proven track record selling into the Enterprise Market.
