Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to Trust policies and health and safety guidelines Provide a high standard of outcome orientated care and support following a care/recovery plan under the supervision and guidance of qualified health care professionals Maintaining effective communication systems within the integrated team, with other agencies, the voluntary sector, the client and carer.
