The Facilities Manager works closely with the Operations Manager to create a safe, secure environment of excellence for players and team members. A strong, practical skill set is required in order to carry out the appropriate training, problem solving, repairs and project work. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate and manage the Maintenance and Facilities teams, and through training and support, ensure they deliver a high quality of work Proactively seek ways to improve the facility and the player experience General upkeep of the building, outfield, targets and surrounding areas Extensive knowledge of all maintenance/operational systems that will enable them to maintain standards and carry out basic repair in-house Monitor the operation and safe use of maintenance tools, PPE and any other work-related equipment.
