Junior Business Support Officer | The Role
We are looking for a Junior Business Support Officer to provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of BB7 and the wider team. This role offers the right candidate a foundation for understanding business operations while assisting with various tasks that contribute to the organisation’s efficiency and success.

Overview
Administrative Support:
* Organise and maintain files, records, and documents.
* Support with month end invoicing.
* Support with internal systems.
* Handle correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
Data Entry and Reporting:
* Input and update data into systems and databases accurately.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management.
Operational Assistance:
* Support day-to-day operations by coordinating tasks across departments.
* Assist in tracking and managing budgets, expenses, and invoices.
Customer and Client Interaction:
* Respond to basic client queries or direct them to the appropriate team.
* Work closely with various teams to ensure projects and tasks are completed efficiently.
* Assist in coordinating events, training sessions, or team activities.
Problem-Solving:
* Identify minor operational issues and propose solutions.
* Escalate more complex problems to senior team members.
Skills Required
* Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and document management.
* Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication.
* Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with office software like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and assist others as needed.
