Ideal candidate:
* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie, preferably in a rosette-level establishment
* Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
* Excellent understanding of baking techniques and the science behind pastry and desserts
* Professional culinary qualifications, with a focus on pastry and baking
