Selective Recruitment is seeking a Sales Progressor who demonstrates exceptional customer service skills, a friendly and confident telephone demeanor, and professional email etiquette. The ideal candidate will be approachable and assertive, exhibiting a strong and professional manner.
Responsibilities
1. Coordination of property sales from the acceptance of offers to completion.
2. Facilitating the timely transmission of relevant and accurate documentation to all parties through the CRM system.
3. Maintaining regular communication with estate agents, solicitors, vendors, and buyers, both verbally and via email.
4. Serving as the primary point of contact for vendors and buyers throughout the sales process following the acceptance of an offer.
5. Establishing and updating details of the sale chain.
6. Ensuring accurate record keeping and maintaining the sales progression spreadsheet and CRM system for updates on the progression.
7. Assisting in weekly meetings with the sales team and directors to provide status updates on cases.
8. Coordinating with the Systems Director regarding invoicing at the point of exchange.
9. Preparing for completion days by managing calls, organizing keys, and arranging completion gifts.
Candidate Specification
1. Previous experience in an estate agency environment.
2. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to work well in a team environment.
