We will expect you to: • Give our customers and their guests a warm and friendly welcome, every day. • Manage a range of on-site tasks to help our busy workspace run smoothly and happily. • Above all, help your customers and colleagues have a great day at work. • Being proactive and being a decision maker • Able to work under pressure Order administration • Processing orders into the system within 24H. • Acknowledge all orders to the customers within 24H. • Make sure the customer SOP/customer’s card have thorough instructions for any account that follows special or unusual procedures. Always keeping the customer SOP up to date. • Ensure digital and physical filing is kept up to date to ensure documents are easily found and compliant for audits. • Ensure customers are informed about Leadtime and status of their orders.
