Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Permanent Service Asset Configuration Manager (with Hybrid Working).
What you will do:
This is a new post for a Service Asset Configuration Management (SACM) Manager as part of our work to reform our Digital Services in NHS Ayrshire and Arran and delivery of our Digital Strategy.
The SACM Manager is a key member of Digital Services with a focus on driving and implementing SACM initiatives to improve Healthcare
delivery and improve patient outcomes in NHS Ayrshire & Arran.
Working within Digital Services, ensuring continued support, improvements, and communication of the SACM provision providing
efficient and effective support to internal Digital technical teams and the wider organisation. This role will work closely with the Incident &
Problem Manager and the Change Manager.
The SACM Manager will be responsible for the design, delivery, population, and ongoing maintenance and continual improvement of
the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and all the assets contained within this.
