An established company is looking for a Part TimePayroll Officer to work alongside HR team and Finance team. The Part Time Payroll Officer role is to ensure managing payroll related accounts between the business and the out-sourced payroll company; managing the end-to-end payroll processes, maintaining records, managing payroll related accounts and discrepancies, and ensuring compliance legislation and regulation.
* Salary: £18,000
* 20 hours per week, flexible with start time and days

Payroll Officer responsibilities:
1. Processing starters, leavers, and changers, ensuring correct regular payments and deductions
2. Producing monthly payroll, ensuring that staff are paid accurately and on time
3. Processing statutory payments, deductions, and absences
4. Undertaking year-end processes
5. Managing pay claims and expenses
6. Ensuring that all payroll related payments are made accurately and on time
7. Providing accurate and timely payroll costs to the Finance Team for the nominal ledger
