Job Description
* Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records
* Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of payroll data
* Resolving payroll discrepancies promptly
* Assisting in payroll audits and compliance checks
* Liaising with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
* Ensuring confidentiality and privacy of payroll information
* Supporting other finance-related activities as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Assistant should have:
* A solid understanding of payroll procedures
* Proficiency in relevant payroll software
* Strong numerical skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* A qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
