Job Title: Dual-Site Practice Manager (Orthodontic Clinics) Location: Berkshire Salary: £40,000.00 per annum Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Dual-Site Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our two thriving orthodontic clinics in Berkshire. This exciting opportunity will involve managing the smooth running of both clinics, leading a team, and ensuring high standards of patient care and clinic performance. As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for administrative functions, managing patient complaints, overseeing financial aspects (including spreadsheets and reports), and ensuring the overall smooth operation of both sites. This role requires a mature, proactive individual who can think on their feet and handle a fast-paced environment.
