We are looking for a Shift Leader to join our friendly home and lead our team of carers to deliver high quality person-centred care to people living with dementia. You will take responsibility for the effective running of your shifts and ensure that all residents are encouraged and empowered to be individuals; to be active, involved, and engaged in meaningful activity; and to retain interests and hobbies.
The starting rate for this role is £13.22ph, with a £150 bonus available on completion of an induction period.

* Providing care: 1 year (required).
* Supervisory: 1 year (preferred).
