Job Title: Account Executive / Admin Assistant
A leading print management company has an opening for a friendly, enthusiastic Print Account Executive / Admin Assistant with an outgoing personality to support the client services team with one of their biggest mailing accounts. Being able to multitask and learn quickly will be essential skills for this role as you will be responsible for working on numerous projects at once.
This administrative role requires a highly proactive and organised individual to process orders, schedule deliveries, carry out general office tasks, deal with various suppliers, handle customer enquiries, and process sales & purchase invoices.
Communicating with people of all levels both internally and externally, your interpersonal skills must be second to none. An excellent telephone manner and exemplary written skills, along with proficient IT skills, are key. You must be assertive with an eye for detail and a high level of focus.
Candidates must have had exposure to the production of mailing solutions, whether that be direct mail, transactional mail, or hybrid mail.
