A leading fashion brand are looking for a Head of Customer Retention & Loyalty join their growing digital function in Central London. You will lead a team of 4 and will be responsible for driving international CRM & loyalty.
The company is going through an exciting growth phase currently and CRM & Loyalty is at the heart of their digital plans for the next 5 years. You will have the chance to really own the CRM & Loyalty function and report in to a very impressive Digital Director.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the UK & global retention strategy, with the goal to drive frequency, LTV, Retention, Loyalty and business success
* Own and drive the loyalty strategy. They currently have a loyalty program, but this will involve implementing changes
* Lead the CRM team who are responsible for CRM communications, Email, SMS and DM
* Work with the broader Digital and Ecom team to ensure CRM communications bring the brand to life
* Manage agency partners
* Further develop the CRM team and grow the team in line with business objectives
Experience
* Previous experience in a Head of CRM role managing a team
* Established track record leading Retention and Loyalty campaigns
* Ideally having experience in a retail, travel or Ecom environment
* Entrepreneurial and collaborative approach with strong communication skills
* Passion for Digital, CRM & Loyalty
