About the Role
The successful candidate will work with Interaction Recruitment, a leading UK-based recruitment agency with over 30 offices and 9 specialist divisions.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and has a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to take their career to the next level, working with clients and candidates across the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities:
1. Source and attract top talent through various channels, including referrals, social media and job boards.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and support.
3. Conduct effective interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for client vacancies.
4. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed targets.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in a similar industry.
* Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* A strong understanding of the recruitment industry, including current trends and best practices.
