1. Provide full administrative support to the Conveyancing department to ensure efficient operations

3. Attend to clients professionally, both over the telephone and in person, ensuring their needs are met promptly
4. Administer filing systems, including daily filing tasks, and manage the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with new business introducers, fostering trust and collaboration
6. Guide clients through the initial stages of their property transactions, ensuring a smooth and reassuring start to their journey
