The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the property market in the UK. Responsibilities for the job role: Property Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties. Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and arrange for necessary repairs and maintenance. Seek and manage planning permission submissions Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner. Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including coordinating lease agreements and deposits. Financial Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Collect rent and service charges, and ensure timely payments. Provide regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders. Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants. Conduct property viewings and manage leasing negotiations. Maintain up-to-date records of property occupancy and availability. Compliance and Legal: Ensure all properties comply with local laws and regulations. Keep abreast of changes in property law and implement necessary changes. Manage lease agreements and renewals, ensuring legal compliance. Vendor and Contractor Management: Liaise with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work. Negotiate contracts and ensure work is completed to a high standard. Monitor performance and manage relationships with service providers. What can we offer you?
