Linsco are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee an office fit-out project in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-quality office refurbishments and fit-outs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the full fit-out process, ensuring smooth project delivery.
2. Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on-site.
3. Ensure health & safety compliance at all times.
4. Monitor project progress, quality, and deadlines.
5. Conduct regular site meetings and liaise with stakeholders.
6. Problem-solve and ensure any issues are resolved efficiently.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager in office fit-out projects.
2. Strong understanding of interior finishes, M&E coordination, and space planning.
3. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
