Your role in our journey An EXCITING OPPORTUNITY has arisen within the Early Start and Families Service to establish a team of Early Help Navigator to work as part of our Family Hubs. To help improve the lives and well being of people with the most multiple needs requiring support at an early help level to engage in services. Working in a multiagency context to help support people who experience complex needs presenting at a time of crisis, enabling access to the right support services, at the right time in the right place to help stepping into support and interventions to promote building their wellbeing, resilience, gain confidence and acquire the personal and social assets they need to meet their aspiration. You will need knowledge of services provided by Family Hubs and other agencies within the scope of early intervention and prevention as well as a good sound understanding of child and family development. The ability to use your initiative, work as part of team and have creativity and passion to work alongside multi agency professionals is essential. What you'll need A Level 4 in a relevant field or equivalent qualification alongside evidence that you have relevant experience of working with children and families. Your communication skills, flexible approach and flair for building relationships will really set you apart.
