Consultancy Administrator
Here at 20:20 Innovation Training Ltd we have a new and exciting opportunity in our technical team. We are looking for a Consultancy Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the Consultancy Manager to assist in the smooth running of the administration of consultancy, file reviews and in-house training services.

Role Description
We are a flexible business and this role can be either a part-time or full-time role and you will be able to work from home. The successful candidate will support administration processes, including proofreading reports for accuracy and professional standards, ensuring clients issues and tasks are dealt with promptly, responding to client booking requests and arranging travel and accommodation for consultants.
Success in this role requires excellent administrative skills, accuracy and strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external clients in a professional and collaborative manner.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
* Understanding of operations in the professional accountancy market.
* An understanding of the compliance requirements that accountants face and how we can help them with those requirements.
* Significant experience in an administrative and customer service environment.
* Good financial acumen.
* Able to deal with different “clients”, both internal and external.
* A high degree of organisational and project management skills.
* Strong IT skills – proficient user of MS Office packages. Knowledge of HubSpot is desirable.
* Able to prioritise and manage your own time effectively and able to work without direct supervision.
