Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain Health and Safety policies to ensure high standards across the organization. Align HSE strategies with business objectives and operational needs. Drive continuous improvement through long-term HSE initiatives and industry best practices. Monitor and advise on HSE legislation changes, adjusting company policies accordingly. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and accident investigations, implementing corrective actions to prevent future incidents. Maintain and update HSE records, ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Develop and deliver HSE training programs to all staff levels. Lead emergency response planning, conducting drills, and providing support during emergency situations. Collaborate across departments to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution. Essential Qualifications & Skills: IOSH Certificate/Diploma Demonstrable experience with quality tools (8D, FMEA, Kaizen, etc.) Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards Excellent communication skills, capable of producing high-quality reports and presentations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail Desirable Qualifications & Skills: NEBOSH Certificate Experience with SAP, SharePoint, and advanced Excel Diploma in Quality, CMI, or ILM Diploma/Certificate in Management Key Competencies Lead by example, motivating colleagues to adopt Health and Safety practices. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities. Committed to promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
