Area Service Manager - CCTV and Access Control - Romford and East London
Peopleforce Recruitment are hiring for an Area Service Manager in Essex / Romford for one of our security solutions partners who have a fantastic reputation in CCTV and Access Control systems.
The Role:
You will be working in a senior technical role with a focus on electronic security systems, particularly in commercial and technical lifecycle management. This role offers you autonomy over planning and managing client accounts within a designated area. You'll have the chance to showcase your expertise at high-profile sites, supported by a dedicated operations team and access to ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage engineering and lifecycle maintenance for client accounts within your region.
2. Oversee day-to-day technical and operational tasks with full responsibility for outcomes.
3. Build strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of service and customer care.
4. Engage in regular reviews with senior management to discuss performance and development.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Strong track record in electronic security systems and network management.
2. Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate and solve problems effectively.
3. Well-organized, with a knack for managing your own time and commitments.
4. Up-to-date knowledge of PC/IP and digital technology, with a focus on fault-finding and troubleshooting.
