Position Overview:
As a Sales Expert for Oud Arabian, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our luxury fragrance brand. You will be the face of Oud Arabian, engaging with customers in-store and online, sharing your extensive knowledge of our products, and providing an unparalleled shopping experience. Your passion for the art of fragrance, coupled with your sales expertise, will help elevate our brand and foster lasting relationships with our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively engage with customers, delivering personalized consultations to understand their preferences and recommend suitable fragrance options.
* Drive sales through exceptional product knowledge, storytelling, and a deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviour.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain store aesthetics and ensure products are displayed creatively and strategically.
* Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to management on customer trends, preferences, and potential areas for growth.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the best advice and insights to our customers.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in luxury sales, preferably in the fragrance or beauty industry.
* Strong understanding of fragrance notes, composition, and trends in the luxury market.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
* A proactive approach to sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
