In this role you will lead the Implementation, development and execution of our brands assets across all digital platforms, leading the development of the visual treatment of all components in our digital design system (Loop) accountable for setting the standard for creative across all our digital product experiences. You will work collaboratively with the digital executional teams ensuring our creative standards are met and creative assets are digestible and usable enabling them to develop projects efficiently. You will also be responsible for driving campaign integration into digital channels creating and reworking campaign assets to be implemented by the execution teams. This is a pivotal role within the team to ensure our digital channels deliver the brand experience we expect across all digital platforms as well as drive consistency and integration of our communications across web and App. What you'll be doing - Lead the development and implementation of visual treatment of all components within our digital design system (loop). - You will be accountable for setting the creative standards and guidance across digital channels working with executional teams to ensure it is implemented. - Develop new approaches to design, integrating user needs with commercial objectives. - Setting creative direction for execution teams to ensure the brand guidelines and brand play books are followed - Creative problem solving, engaging both the - business and our customers. - Oversee the creation of any digital brand guidance ensuring it is understood and implemented by the digital tribes. - Build strong relationships with brand management, brand creative, marketing, Engineering and product teams. - Responsible for the development and application of creative across our digital Design System. - Help define and develop all brand assets, principles and behaviours across all our digital platforms ensuring this is embedded into our digital design system. - Responsible for implementation of brand guidelines and brand principles across all digital platforms. - Responsible for ensuring wider use of campaign assets ensuring they are usable across all digital touch points. The skills and experience you will have under your belt - Strong experience in the main areas of Digital product design. - Strong experience in Design in a user centred Digital environment - Proven experience of developed digital design systems - Proven track record of delivering a strong brand - Conceptual thinker always looking to push creative. - Experience developing creative across various digital products. - Ability to follow user-centered design principles and best practices. - Information Architecture - Interaction Design & Prototyping - User Research & Testing - Ability to inspire other creatives and mentor junior members of the design teams. - Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and how to implement them in product design. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineering teams. - A portfolio showcasing end-to-end digital experiences. - Working Collaboratively - Feel confident making decisions - Be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders - Creative thinking and problem solving. - Ability to influence and problem solve.
