As the brand continues its exciting growth journey, we’re looking for a passionate National Account Manager to drive success with Convenience and High Street accounts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love taking ownership, and are excited by the challenge of growing a brand from the ground up, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
* Build strong, meaningful relationships with key retail and wholesale partners.
* Identify untapped opportunities to expand market share and increase brand visibility.
* Partner with marketing and product teams to craft bespoke promotions and product offerings for key accounts.
* Dive into sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and share actionable insights.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that drive both profitability and long-term partnerships.
* Represent the brand with pride at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Who You Are:
* Experienced in food or drinks sales, ideally with a challenger brand or SME background.
* Skilled at presenting to and managing relationships with national accounts.
* A confident communicator and active listener who builds trust with ease.
* Driven by numbers, motivated by goals, and excited by the thrill of sales success.
* Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
* Proven at growing listings within existing accounts while driving new business across Convenience, High Street, or Wholesale channels.
