Exciting opportunity to work with a fantastic provider. They are looking for Deputies who are wanting to step into a manager positon, as the role will progress in August when the current RM goes on maternity leave.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People (or enrolled)
• Experience of Managing a Children Home or minimum 2 years experience working within a children's residential home
• Handles pressure with ease
• An individual with unwavering determination and a genuine zeal for making a difference.
