Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting property searches and investigations
* Managing Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and preparing Land Registry applications
* Opening and closing case files, and providing administrative support
* Maintaining consistent and professional communication with clients and third parties
What We’re Looking For:
* A background as a Paralegal, or experience in the legal field with a strong interest in transitioning to Residential Property
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
* A passion for law and a proactive approach to learning and development
