* FL License
* 2 years of direct CVOR experience
* BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Years of experience REQ: 2 years of direct CVOR experience required
First-timers accepted: Y
Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
Is on-call REQ? Y - Cardiac call
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3×12’s – 40 hrs for 8/10’s
Special Requirements: Must have experience in Cardiac OR and be able to see our setup and start call; will do other cases if no CVOR cases. Please ensure traveler is aware that there are time-sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay.

Cardiac call: approximately 6 MINIMUM per month – varies depending on the number of staff available to fill the slots (1 per weekday and 2 weekend shifts – weekends are 24-hour shifts). May be up to 10 if short-staffed, but are always working to be staffed to close to the minimum.
