Essential Skills and Qualities that we are looking from you: Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, adapting your teaching methods to meet individual needs. Build strong relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development alongside their academic progress. Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to create and implement effective learning strategies. Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to help them achieve their goals. Your Responsibilities Will Include Proven experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and collaborate with staff. Patience and calmness in challenging situations with a focus on student well-being. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for students. A genuine passion for supporting young people in their educational journey. What We’re Looking For: To thrive in these roles, you should: Have the right to work in the UK. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
