Think Construction are pleased to partner with one of our longstanding clients on a exciting and varied Project Manager role, this established business is on the forefront of construction technology with the beliefs and support of a family business.
This Project Manager will be predominantly working in the Small Works division of the business, you will be reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and oversee project delivery and performance. This is a very commercial role offering requiring someone with the desire and ability to run coordination meetings with subcontractors to ensure smooth running of the project, produce procurement shcedules and RFI's in a timely manor and maintaining a good relationship with the design team. Working cloesely with Building Control to ensure that all pre–planning conditions have been met and there is a Buildong Control tracker in place. Due to the good relationship this business has with their clients there will be a lot of relationship managing, collaborating cloesely with the Contract Manager deputising for them in project progress meetings where required providing stakeholders with detailed progress reports.
We would be keen to speak to individuals with demonstrated experience as a Project Manager within construction, specifically in Small Works and in the Contracting world, experience within Leisure, Healthcare or Education would also be a huge benefit as would experience in refurb projects.
