Registered Service Manager
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Barton-upon-humber. This is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a group of people with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s)
* Develop and implement person centred support plans
* Conduct care needs assessments and recruit new colleagues
* Complete supervisions/appraisals, medication competencies and audits
* Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and ensure regulatory requirements are met
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role
* Willingness to undertake CQC registration and hold a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
* Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, mental health needs and challenging behaviours

Salary:
£38,000 - Depending on Experience
