Ancillary Sales & Service Delivery Manager As the Ancillary Sales & Service Delivery Manager, you will serve as a vital Business Partner to the Head of UK Operations. Your primary focus will be on driving sales and service development across the UK. This role involves: Analysing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. Reporting on key metrics to track progress and inform decision-making. Implementing strategies to enhance performance and achieve better results Responsibilities: Provides coaching, training, and guidance to station managers on sales and service processes. Develops and implements training and coaching strategies to boost sales and training outcomes. Evaluates performance and sales results for additional products, taking necessary actions for improvement at the stations. Serves as a liaison with other departments, coordinating communication on sales initiatives, products, and processes. Continuously enhances service and sales processes. Acts as a link between HR, payroll, and reporting at the international headquarters. Designs, adapts, organizes, and delivers onboarding and ongoing training for employees. Responsible for country-level results in ancillary product sales and customer satisfaction (NPS), reporting to the line manager. Analyses reports and implements measures based on root cause analysis in customer service. What would success look like in this role?
