National Sales Manager £50,000 - £60,000 plus substantial bonus opportunity, company car scheme, pension, healthcare and 25 days holiday We are looking for an experienced and talented National Sales Manager who can inherit, develop and lead an established team of 8 people to new levels of success:
Sales Strategy Development: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, fostering a high-performance culture.
Sales Meetings: Plan and run quarterly sales meetings that involve, engage and inspire the team. Schedule weekly and monthly sales review meetings via Teams with field accompaniments as required.
Client Relationship Management: Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Executive to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency and effective promotional activities.
Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, optimising resources to achieve the best return on investment.

National Sales Manager
Inheriting an established sales team requires an experienced and talented National Sales Manager with the tools, skills and character to inspire fresh ambition. Proven experience as a National Sales Manager in a quality consumer goods environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend meetings.
This role will offer an attractive basic salary in the £50,000 - £60,000 range plus a substantial bonus opportunity, company car scheme, pension, healthcare and 25 days holiday
