Hybrid Role
Working in a very friendly office with plenty of free parking, duties will be varied and include:
1. First point of contact for all clients & suppliers both on the phone and via email
2. Provide key Administrative Support
3. Manage Databases and File Systems
4. Assist other members of the team, your line manager, and directors when required
5. Price up and send out incoming enquiries and job work
6. Chase quotations via telephone
7. Assist with new tenders (with provided training)
8. Manage Client Databases
9. Work on internal CRM system
10. Deal with telephone queries from customers
11. Assist with incoming sales orders
12. Create new sales opportunities with support of colleagues for the growth of the business
13. Take phone calls from customers
