The Opportunity - Head of Global Marketing Communications
As the Global Marketing Communications Manager at JCB, you’ll lead the charge in crafting and executing marketing communication strategies that will propel our brand to new heights across the globe.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives that connect with target audiences across various markets, with a commitment to driving business growth via higher quality lead generation & conversion.

Key Skills:
* The Why JCB: develop and execute comprehensive global marketing communications plans that have a clear brand & product difference, to stand out from the norm re both creative and media placement.
* Team Leadership: lead, inspire and mentor a team of marketing professionals, both at headquarters and across our markets, providing guidance, direction, and support in the execution of marketing initiatives that connect with audiences worldwide.
* Cross Function Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams such as product management, sales, engineering, DesignWorks (JCB in-house creative) and markets to ensure alignment and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
* A keen eye for design and knowing where to place our marketing assets for maximum impact, whether it’s digital, print or experiential to capture attention and drive engagement.
* Manage the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, events, PR, and content marketing ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
* Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website development, social media strategy, email marketing, and SEO/SEM, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, optimise strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in marketing communications.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in leading marketing communications, with a focus on global or international markets, preferably in the construction equipment or automotive sector.
* Demonstrated experience of inspirational leadership, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans that deliver measurable business results.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and storytelling, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
