You’ll be great with people – a real ‘people person’, able to communicate effectively – explaining yourself clearly in the right tone to suit the situation and be really good at understanding others (behaviors and expressions, as well as vocal). It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of you; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week.
Team Leaders are also responsible for staff support, supervisions, updating trackers, and daily paperwork checks. You will be working nights on a rolling rota (including weekends). The rota is flexi rolling, and there are no mixed shifts. 12 hours night from 8pm to 8.20am.
