Your new companyYour new role is for one of the largest family-owned construction, infrastructure, and support services businesses in the UK who provide hard and soft FM services, grounds maintenance and energy services for single and multi-site locations throughout the UK.
Your new role* To ensure that the Facilities are maintained to a high level.* To undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work on equipment. * Update the help desk on progress of reactive works and completion of reactive / planned tasks. * Provide written technical reports, including routine maintenance and reactive reports. * Diagnosing faults on all M&E systems and rectifying as within levels of competence. * To ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment, and tools. * Facilitate site attendance by specialist sub-contractors. * Complete all relevant documents such as Permit to Work Systems which is required.* Undertake job specific risk assessments. * To always operate with safe working practices.* Regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, Waste Disposal etc in accordance with legislative requirements and policies and procedures of RFM. * To take part in an On-Call rota providing 24hr, 365-day cover to the Facilities * To report all accidents and incidents as appropriate * To provide support and assistance to other RFM personnel on site in the delivery of contracted services.
