4. Experience working with Iris Star software.
What you'll be doing:
1. Maintain regular contact with clients through calls and face-to-face meetings.
2. Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
3. Administer a range of medium to large client payrolls, handling tasks such as RTI submissions, year-end processing, and auto-enrolment.
4. Coordinate the preparation of weekly and monthly payrolls, including data entry, reconciliation, payslip creation, and client reporting.
5. Offer technical support on payroll matters, PAYE, and basic employment issues.
6. Communicate with third parties like HMRC and pension providers on behalf of clients.
