This worldwide manufacturing company is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team to cover a 3 month temp role. Along with a great team to work with, they offer free parking and a location close to Bolton town centre.
What will you be doing as a Customer Service Administrator role:
Working as part of a busy team, you will be providing admin assistance to the companys customer service department. Duties will include:
Inputting quotes and pricing information into the companys database
Working mainly via email but also assisting with phone based queries
Updating customer information and liaising with the customer service team to resolve customer disputes
Inputting quality issues and delivery non-conformities
Processing return details on the system
Liaising with external transport companies as needed
Assisting with customer services
The role will involve a mixture of email and telephone based communicationWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Experience in a similar administrator role with a good phone manner or other phone based customer service role
Experidnce in a business to business environment, possibly in a sales support or sales administrator role would be beneficial
Comfortable using general Word, Excel and Outlook
Accurate keyboard skills are essential
