Location: Ryde
Hours: 37 hours per week (across days, evenings and weekends). Early shifts 8am-4pm and lates 2pm-10pm
Days: Monday - Sunday; shift basis on 6 weekly rota (one shift every other weekend)
Duration: Permanent
Duties:
To include reception and front of house for residence and visitors to the building, ID and verification checks, maintaining visitor records, building safety and maintenance checks and reports, liaison with in house property services and external contractors, manage inbound telephone calls, provision of information and relaying messages.
Oversee use of communal spaces, booking rooms, diary management, receiving and logging referrals, booking appointments, taking and receipting rent and service charge payments, petty cash, logging invoices, processing post, ensuring robust shift handovers.
Experience:
Must have previous experience of working within a fast paced reception environment.
Must have a good level of computer literacy and the ability to multitask.
Must have excellent communication and customer care skills, previous experience of working with young people is an advantage.
Must be flexible with working hours.
An Enhance DBS clearance will be undertaken for the successful candidate.
Salary: £24,242 - 26,000 dependent upon experience.
