Aztec is looking for a self-motivated and driven individual to deliver change management at a programme level to support the delivery of Aztec's People and Finance Transformation Programme.
This role will play a key role in shaping how Aztec adopts and optimises the Workday platform, working with the core Programme/Project Team. The purpose of this role is to manage and lead the people change activities focusing on change adoption and benefit realisation, adapting our ways of working and enhancing our employee experience.
The successful candidate will need to have significant experience in delivering change management within numerous Workday implementations across all modules within Workday HR and Finance, possess deep expertise in change management strategies, and a solid understanding of Workday. They will receive significant exposure to senior executives in a fast-paced and high-growth business and transformation.
This role provides the opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering a new operating model and input to broader transformation to support Aztec's growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement change management plans for the proposed change based on Aztec’s Change Management Methodology (including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, change plans, business readiness, and change interventions) to drive adoption and ensure a smooth and successful implementation of the initiative.
* Adopt the change management toolkits and frameworks from the Transformation Team to support the successful implementation of the change through a structured approach, working with the Change Team to adapt where necessary to deliver the size and complexity of change.
* Identify behavioural changes required at all levels across the organisation resulting from the proposed change and execute appropriate change activities to create sustainable adoption of new behaviours.
* Identify and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation, including HR, IT, finance, and other departments, to ensure alignment and support for the Workday project.
* Work closely with the transformation team, programme/project, training, and communications teams, as well as leaders across the business, to facilitate the deployment of change across all teams, ensuring the organisation is ready for change and the impact of adoption levels is monitored consistently through the creation of dashboards that will monitor adoption of Workday and collate qualitative feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the communication and training teams to develop communications and training plans and design materials associated with the proposed changes.
* Based on the change impact assessment outcomes, work with the Change Team to align change plans with other programme initiatives and assess impacted stakeholders’ change readiness.
* Identify and manage resistance to change across the organisation through the development of strategies and frameworks that increase the success of change initiatives.
* Evaluate the impact of change activities through structured post-implementation reviews and feedback analysis, ensuring that future change management initiatives are developed using lessons learnt.
* Develop and support a change management network by influencing and closely supporting the change community, providing consistent approaches, tools, methods, and coaching.
* Champion the development of a continuous improvement culture to deliver a continuously evolving and improving client and user experience.
* Involve people in the process of contributing to or shaping change plans, creating a coherent working change vision.
Minimum Requirements:
* 7+ years working in a change environment with demonstrable success in delivering benefits on a project.
* Proficiency in and strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, or other relevant modules or similar ERP platforms.
* Change Management/Programme/Project qualifications with proven use of tools and methodologies.
* Experience in delivering alternative fund servicing solutions preferable but not mandatory.
* Deep understanding in change from a behaviour, process, and technology perspective.
* Proven experience leading change management initiatives within a project/programme at a global level including Workday implementations.
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong experience in identifying and managing change risks.
* Excellent communication skills, adapting style and content to the needs of the audience.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, working in cross-functional and cross-jurisdictional teams.
* Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
* Proven ability to deliver results under pressure, taking ownership for outcomes.
* Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, identifying problems and providing solutions.
* Ability to focus on the human side of change by building and delivering change management strategies to increase adoption.
