We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at White Horse Employment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, matching with purchase orders, and attaching correct documentation. Additionally, they will administer payment runs, process staff expense claims and credit card transactions, reconcile supplier statements, and investigate purchase ledger queries.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and be IT literate. AATs qualifications are desirable.
