Your Role in our team:
As a Social and Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in further strengthening and advancing our mission through social. You will develop and execute digital strategies that elevate our social presence, engage our audience, and deliver impactful content that supports the growth of the manufacturing industry.
Working as part of a marketing and digital community, you will be the key driver on delivering impact through social - collaborating with the team and specialist business areas across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Social Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage our audience.
* Forward Planning: Plan and coordinate social media activities across various channels to ensure consistent and effective communication.
* Content Creation: Collaborate with partners within the team and across the business to create and deliver strong, engaging content. Craft compelling messages that resonate with our audience, conveying the importance of our work and the value we bring to the manufacturing industry.
* Digital Dashboards: Create and manage digital dashboards to track and analyse key performance metrics, providing insights to drive decision-making.
* Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of social media content and activities.
* Channel Management: Identify and utilise the most effective social media channels to engage with our target audiences.
* Upskilling and Collaboration: Upskill and collaborate with internal social advocates to maximise results.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and perspectives are integrated into our social strategies.
* Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with teams across the business to align social efforts with organisational goals and drive cohesive campaigns.
* Innovative Strategy: Continuously seek out new and creative ways to promote our mission, staying ahead of industry trends and adapting to the evolving market landscape.
What We’re Looking For:
* A proven track record in social media management with a focus on community engagement and growth.
* Experience with various social media platforms and tools including Brandwatch, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and trends.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
* A collaborative mindset, eager to work with diverse teams and drive collective success.
* Strong digital marketing expertise, with hands-on experience in managing online campaigns.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for storytelling.
* An ability to swiftly understand and adapt to sector-specific knowledge and audience needs.
