Role Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties for the site, providing administrative support to staff and management, and ensuring effective office operations. Core Responsibilities: Facilitate the end-to-end visitor experience on site including communicating to the team when a visitor will be attending site, ID checks, and responding to ad-hoc queries in a timely and professional manner. Assist with SOP/EHS policy administration. Replenish stationery and staff kitchen as needed. Assist with any other administrative duties on site as required. Act as Fire Marshall for the site, particularly leading the roll call of personnel on site. Weekly purchasing of supplies and consumables, ensuring all relevant approvals, discounts, and documentation are in place as well as ensuring lead times and records are updated accordingly, sourcing alternatives where appropriate. Set up new and maintain existing suppliers and vendors in Microsoft D365, monitoring supplier performance and escalating where required. Issue lab notebooks and maintain the corresponding tracker. Follow Quality processes to maintain project documentation management. Ensure project folders are set up with required information. Action project close down procedures, archiving data and maintaining site documentation including site training records.
