What You’ll Be Doing: As a Management Support Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing the direct deployed team and overseeing fleet matters across the entire contract. Processing payroll for all on-street colleagues. Supporting the Base Manager in managing operational colleagues, including Supervisors, Senior Marshalls, Marshalls, and Radio Controllers. Providing direction and support for enforcement supervisors and frontline teams. Monitoring and managing all aspects of on-street operations, ensuring the delivery of all contractual KPIs. Mentoring and supporting colleagues, fostering an environment of continuous improvement to deliver the best service to our clients. Liaising with our client to provide updates on operational performance. What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Strong IT skills and a familiarity with operational software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels. Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
